This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with hospitality or reservations experience looking to develop their career within the cruise industry. The position is not a ‘pure’ I.T. position but an operational role. Full training on the I.T. functions / Systems will be provided.
Rescompany Systems Ltd. is a well-established, fast growing international company based in the UK, with offices in England, Australia, Canada, Germany and Poland. The company supplies Reservation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems for the cruise, hospitality and travel market.
o Implementing our system at client sites and support when implementation is concluded
o Project management, pre and post implementations.
o Training and support of users.
o Possibility of some Crystal report writing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional with experience in reservation systems at administrator level. Ideally candidates will have the following attributes:
o Excellent understanding of reservation systems and processes in various travel industries. Preferably experience in implementation, product setup and testing.
o Good knowledge of systems and Microsoft suite products, e.g. networks, OS and office products, understanding of databases (SQL).
o Willingness to travel
o Knowledge of the travel industry
o Excellent customer service skills
o Experience in report writing programs, e.g. Crystal reports is an advantage.
o Ability to manage own workload
