Job Description:
Helping with the installation of Renewable Energy systems such as; Solar PV, Solar Water Heating, Solar Space Heating, Biomass Stoves/Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Wind Turbines etc. Responsible for assisting sales team secure projects, helping with project management, troubleshooting issues customers may have with their systems, answering customer questions etc.

Wage:
$14.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Education:
Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):
Not required

Experience:
1 to less than 7 months

Languages:
Speak English, Read English, Write English

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience:
Commercial, Residential

Specific Skills:
Experience working with Renewable Energy systems - particularly Solar PV - is a must. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Determine layout and installation procedures, Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, Assemble and install products, Utilize hand and power tools, Erect scaffolding and other work platforms, Service and repair installations

Additional Skills:
Professionalism in customer service, Document and prepare invoices and work orders, Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies. Any knowledge/background in Carpentry or Electrical is an asset.
