I worked there for over 3 years and should have left after 1. There is an ingrained toxic culture from the highest levels of management. Any attempt to improve processes is met with several reasons to maintain the status quo - it is an expectation that all salaried employees put in 50 hours per week with no overtime paid - I refused and was labelled a "troublmaker". The salaries are typically a bit too low for our marketplace but not terribly so... I did enjoy dealing with our drivers and helping them out but, in the end that was not enough for me. I would recommend that anyone looking into a job there think very, very hard about what they want. If you want to advance your learning, career or position - forget this place. If you want to coast and get a paycheck every 2 weeks and that's all... maybe it is for you.
Dock Hand (Current Employee) – Lachine, QC – 31 May 2017
Poorly managed with little respect for employees. Corporate culture is very poor - little or no movement forward. Advancement next to impossible- this is not a career step it is a career dead end. I DO NOT recommend!

I enjoyed working the day shift there though. Same company different location and different job position, working with the RF scanner sorting and organizing clothing into boxes i enjoyed.
CSR / Administrative Assistant - Lead (Current Employee) – Mississauga – 17 February 2015
Working with Remco made me realized and practice strong Work Ethic and made me a valuable employee. Co-workers are of different personalities but diversely adapted culture within the company. Availability of knowledge is there for the eager ones but advancement is the hardest part of the job as it's on the slowest.
