Registered Nurse opportunities available within the Province of Alberta.
Reliance Occupational Health Services Inc. is currently accepting resumes from Registered Nurses who are interested in working as an Advanced First Aid provider or in the capacity of an Occupational Health Nurse in a commercial, construction or industrial environment. This exciting opportunity allows the Registered Nurse to provide first aid or occupational health services to Reliance Occupational Health Services’ clients. Some travel may be required within the Province of Alberta.


Reliance Occupational Health Services is seeking out individuals who can work independently and as a team member with other healthcare disciplines. As a healthcare provider at various commercial, construction and industrial sites, the Registered Nurse should possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and critical thinking skills. Your ability to be efficient in time management and prioritizing work will be critical to your success.

Applicants must be registered with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA).
Must possess current CPR/AED Health Care Provider level.
Must possess a Government of Alberta approved first aid course at an Advanced First Aid level.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience is required.
Must be efficient in time management and prioritizing work.
Knowledge of current occupational health practices and applicable legislation is desirable.
An Occupational Health Nurse Certificate/Diploma or a combination of equivalent education and experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Preference will be given to those with one or more of the following certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing (OHNC), CNA Certified Occupational Health Nurse Canada (COHN(C)), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
