Position: Residential Sales Manager
Salary Range: Based on skills and experience
The Residential Sales Manager’s primary mission is to manage the Residential Home Comfort Advisors and Coordinator(s) to ensure they are meeting and exceeding our residential sales objectives and customer satisfaction levels. The Residential Sales Manager has the ultimate responsibility for the achievement of overall sales and rental targets requiring effective daily management of both the team and their individual objectives. The Residential Sales Manager will be expected to develop and maintain links with all areas of the company and external organizations in order to maintain and develop any potential sales or customer service opportunities to maximize rental growth.
- Provides strategic direction, business planning, and implements measures to ensure success of residential HVAC program
- Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives
- Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
- Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing and hiring activities
- Direction and motivation of a high performing sales team through effective training and coaching.
- Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for the service technicians and installers
- Contribute with the development and implementation of effective sales processes for the organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales/rental training.
- Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation.
- Business degree or equivalent working experience
- 5-10 years of sales and marketing leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills
