To help drive our continued growth, we are looking for a high energy, results-focused individual for the following role:

Position : Inside Business Development Rep
Location : Burlington
Hours : 6 month contract (possibility to extend)

Primary Mission:

To offer exceptional customer service and help increase both customer satisfaction and business revenue for Reliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion of Reliance Home Comfort Products & Services via Inbound and Outbound Calling.
  • Inbound and outbound call handling customer sales and service inquiries.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and offer products & service to walk-in customers at the Retail location, where applicable.
  • Support sales/service/install channels by making follow up calls to past leads
  • Delegate new leads to Home Comfort Advisors
  • Additional projects & duties as assigned.

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • Customer service experience – handling inbound sales calls and/or outbound telemarketing is an asset.
  • Sales experience – retail or other is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Experience in sales or customer service with astounding communication considered a strong asset
