JOB FUNCTION- Executive Operations Administrator
Maintaining databases, overseeing all administrative business processes and any and all tasks associated
Responsible for tracking, reporting and executing financial transactions (AR/ AP)
Cooperate with management in promoting, developing and maintaining best working practices and processes
Assessing efficiencies in office and strategize and collaborate for ongoing improvement
JOB DESCRIPTION
Processing and tracking of inflow and outflow of client requests
Answering all incoming calls and discerning the direction and flow of all calls
Process all invoicing
Oversee all leases and contracts pertaining to the company and related costs and renewals
Deal with all service providers to make sure business efficiencies are being met
Provide administrative assistance to the President and Directors
Execute functions of tracking and collection of Accounts Receivable
Maintain filing systems
Oversee the orientation of all new contractors
Order office supplies and maintain office supply inventory

High School diploma is a requirement. Related post-secondary education in Administration is considered an asset
