Our client in Bobcaygeon, Ontario is searching for an experienced Front Desk Dental Administrator
Ideal candidate will bring with them a minimum of 3-5 years of Dental Administration experience with the ability to train new staff.
Duties will include and not limited to;
- Schedule and Confirming Appointments
- Must have good telephone techniques
- Ability to handle patient reception
- Manage Patient Records
- Manage Business Records
- Follow Accounting/Book keeping Procedures
- Process Patient Insurance
- Prepare Written Business Communications
- Handle Marketing for the Dental Office
Must have the ability to act as the liaison between the dentist and the employees of the office and oversees the responsibilities and duties of all the office personnel so that
the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate must also have the ability and experience to oversee hiring, job ad placements, screening resumes and interviewing
Salary for this position will be based on experience and Hrs of work are Mon-Thurs 1 evening which is Tuesday until 7pm.
