Coach and provide support to business partners and vendors by following the procedures in place to achieve a smooth on-boarding on our vendor portal; Solve all EEm related questions and discrepancies by referring to knowledge of the EEM and all its components and processes; Analyse and respond to all ASN discrepancies by understanding the issue, addressing it to the right department and accordingly take appropriate actions; Guide, coach and problem solve with the vendors and business partners globally, via e-mail and phone, for them to use the Extended enterprise management system(EEM) accurately and efficiently, including creating accurate Advance Shipping Notices(ASN’s).Refer them to the web based training and software(MFT) Met Fast Track features when needed; Approve all sample labels provided by the vendors by verifying the labeling of the merchandise matches with the right purchase order and is associated with the proper packing; Follow and execute procedures to educate and guide our supplier base.
DEC in business administration(college) or a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline 2 years experience in retail or shipping environment Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment Autonomous, detail oriented and working in a team Bilingual (French and English written and spoken)
