Administrator position is to co-ordinate incoming and outgoing tasks associated with bookkeeping, payroll, GST reporting, client follow-up and customer service activities. The position also includes detailed follow-up and co-ordination with clients and third party associates such as government departments, financial institutions etc.
The candidate MUST be organized, intuned with multitasking, great communication skills, very computer literate and preferably have a background in bookkeeping, accounting and payroll administration. The preferred candidate will have experience in one or several of the disiplines indicated however training is provided for the candidate willing to learn and apply themselves to the position.
