Permanent: Full-time Days

Experience: 3-5 years

Language: Speak and Read English

Work Setting: Private Sector

Experience in General Office Equipment, Excel, Accounting Software: Simply Accounting, Windows, MAC

Job Skills: Maintain General Ledgers and Financial statements, Post Journal entries, Prepare trial Balance of books, Reconcile accounts, Prepare other statistical data, Financial and Accounting reports, Prepare Tax Returns, Payroll, Job Costing and Allocations.

Own transportation required.

Security Clearance required.

Fast paced environment, work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Essential Skills: Document use, Oral Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning.

Other Information: Financial Statements including working papers. Proficiency in Simply Accounting and Excel. Experience with Corporate Tax Returns with knowledge of construction. Accounting Background a must.
