As the quality assurance technician for Rehau I was responsible for testing all incoming materials to provide detailed information on the physical properties of each lot so that the proper combinations and end formulation would attain the internal specifications set for the piping.
During this time, I learned a lot about balancing requests and demands from a variety of individuals, and I believe this to be an essential skill in any work environment as everyone always has there own priorities. The key is to look at things from an unbiased view so that conclusions can be made to assure that the best result is attained for all involved and the company/business as a whole.
