We are currently looking for a full-time INTAKE CO-ORDINATOR. The successful candidate will be working out of our offices in Toronto and/or Vaughan.
The successful candidate will have experience with Intake of referrals via phone, fax, email or website, maintain referral processes, arrange, schedule and confirm appointments for assessments within specified timelines, etc. Knowledge of current insurance legislation, medical legal field, SABS, HCAI required. The candidate must be pleasant and professional, organized, and must be able to multi-task. Candidate must be proficient with computers in order to utilize company database (training provided). Excellent computer skills are mandatory. Previous work experience is necessary, preferably in insurance adjusting or in a rehab clinic/assessment centre setting.
Hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. A competitive salary is offered. Please submit your resume via e-mail.
