out of touch management, out of date, incomplete policies, company needs to wake up.

Surprisingly enough staff are hard working and dedicated to their positions, co-workers, families, and residents alike. All staff do their best with the great limitations in all aspects of corporate resources. This not a factory manufacturing "wiggets" it is a long term care facility! And this facility's product is the care of our Parents and Grandparents. When time, staff, and funds do not meet the needs of residents, and services. Management is sure to say it is a "personal performance issue." From a corporate perspective a very dis-functional work environment caring more for the all mighty dollar than the care of your loved ones. Staff do their best, with what they have to work with.
love the residence co workers are hard workers and friendly

The managers are pretty nasty to the employees, threatening and work load is too too much for one person. manager uses their position to intimidate staff is over worked stressed and unhappy. kitchen needs to be up to code and standards. No time for breaks or lunch very very unpleasant and stress-full place to work . I had to leave very toxic place to work
end of the day
management lack of respect for employees and codes and conduct regulated by ministry
