The Junior Sales Representative is an entry level Sales Position in Redman’s Sales Team. You will focus on up selling and providing product information to existing Redman clients, as well as, qualifying new leads for yourself or senior level sales. You must be passionate about technology, marketing and educating users. Attention to detail is an absolute must. Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is a bonus.

This sales position handles all aspect of a sales cycle including sales for immediate customer needs, quote and order administration, and follow-up for customer fulfillment inquiries. This position is responsible for helping to build, maintain, and ensure the quality of the prospect and funneling of the leads.


Participates in new opportunity development
Able to prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, and support the selling process internally and for the external team
Ability to analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles and providing recommended solutions based on Redmans products and services
Determining clients’ needs and passing key information on to higher sales levels. You love to connect with people and build quality relationships.
You enjoy assisting current clients and new prospects
You are open and able to complete all other Sales projects and tasks as assigned


Strong communicator both verbally and written. Know how to develop and utilize scripts for prospecting and up-selling opportunities to current and prospective customers.
Experience as an inside or outside sales rep.
Have experience with cold calling is a benefit
Real Estate, marketing or technology (SaaS product) experience is preferred
Ability to learn and understand product solutions and features
Customer management database experience a plus
