Fast-paced, challenging work with fun employees
Human Resources (Current Employee), Raleigh, NC – September 28, 2012
Pros: younger workforce, driven employees, passionate employees, free snacks, lots of networking opportunities
Cons: little/no flexible work options, except for favorites
Overall a great company. Growing so fast that processes are often not yet in place, so be willing to streamline and improve processes as you go along. Lots of opportunity for growth, depending on where in the company you are located.

Smoke and Mirrors
Professional (Former Employee), Raleigh, NC – September 26, 2012
Pros: free snacks
Cons: short sighted rouge managment
Fun place and great culture is the bait, but once in things change rapidly to a culture of fear and uncertanty. This is a great place to work if you don't care about future growth or job security.
