This is not your typical office job. We need you to do everything it takes to run operations for our small profitable software company. We are rockin it hence we need your help. You should enjoy office work but also want to flex your brain on other business operational tasks. Oh Yeah, you need to be a people person but also be able to work independently to get stuff done.
Ideally you have some formal business education or experience and enjoy organizing and multi-tasking. A friendly presence is a must as well as a can do attitude. We need your help to ensure the team gets the most out of their workday.

You will be responsible for:

General administrative tasks
Planning and coordinating
Office organization

You will be working with a small group of friendly people in a flexible and casual work environment. Ideally, you would describe yourself as assertive but polite, proficient with computers, able to switch between tasks quickly, and lastly, be happy and willing to self manage.
Red Brick Media is a small but fast growing downtown Victoria tech start up. We build software with a focus on marketing and technology. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits.

Must Have:

Office admin experience or a diploma in admin or business.
Above average skills with applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Nice to have:

Event planning experience
Bookkeeping experience
Project Management Experience
