Our client is seeking customer service oriented individuals to provide full-time assistance to their clients. The front-line representative needs a background in customer service, preferably in a support role. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills. They are also looking for someone with a passion for creating great customer experiences.
Primary Responsibilities :
Provide excellent support and customer service over the phone.
Use consistent first level troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of customer issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution.
Properly document and track customer issues and resolutions.
1-2 years of customer service experience in a support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple incoming telephone calls.
Very strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Open availability; able to work during the day, evenings and weekends from 5AM to 9PM (possibility of 4 days on and 3 days off or 5 days on and 2 days off) for a total of 40 hours per week.
Salary is $16 per hour.
