Respiratory Sales Specialist (Former Employee), Phoenix, AZNovember 18, 2013
Pros: company expenses, car, free lunches, felxibility
A typical day at work was out in the field calling on all types of physicians to sell all the RB upper respiratory products. I learned so much working at RB that it allowed me to advance in my sales skills, grow in management, and building long lasting relationships. The hardest part of the job is keeping your products above the competition. But the – more... most enjoyable part is keeping up on the competition while building new accounts and keeping existing clients happy. – less

Analytical Assistant (Current Employee), Kingston upon Hull, ENGOctober 9, 2013
Pros: "throw in at the deep end" culture results in quickly gained and valued experience.
Cons: long hours and intense work loads. poor pay and rewards.
High speed output of work and large quantity of work.
Expectations and responsibility of all levels of staff quite demanding and high pressure which leads to "make or break" attitude, however in turn allows a large amount of experience to be gained

Team Resource Manager (Supervisor) (Former Employee), Salt Lake City, UTAugust 26, 2013
Pros: good healthcare
Cons: pressure on employees to make improvements in areas outside their knowledge or training.
"Carrot and Stick motivation" the culture and values of the company are that machines are assets and people though needed are replaceable. The company has a huge turnover of employees.

There are more productive way to coach peole to want to give their highest leval of contribution to the company they work for.

Their Parsippany office is an absolutely horrible place to work
Systems Administrator (Former Employee), Parsippany, NJJune 25, 2013
Pros: company store
Cons: everything else
The Parsippany building is full of over privileged, self-important, pretentious people with absolutely no concept of respect. People constantly walk all over each other and throw each other under the bus. The environment reminds me a lot of an elementary school where people are constantly telling on each other and going to their managers when they don't – more... get what they want. This company likes to come up with ideas to restructure departments without having any idea why they are doing it and they want it done immediately. This was truly the most miserable job I have ever had in my life. I've seen many people come into RB who are the happiest people and after a few months they are completely emotionally defeated. This place needs a serious attitude adjustment. There is a severe lack of structure and competence, but most of all the overall malicious and negative attitude makes it an unpleasant environment. I would not suggest working here if you value your happiness. – less
