Reborn Inc. is looking for a hardworking, self-sufficient and friendly person to join our team!

Duties include:
Answer and screen all incoming calls
Provide customer service to clients
Provide secretarial and administrative support in the office
Assisting Executives with client correspondence and documentation
Help maintain a clean and smooth work environment
Distributing inbound and outbound mail
Follow-up and follow-through skills
Solid organizational skills
High level of accuracy and detail
Other miscellaneous duties as they arise
Strong team player!!!!

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, QuickBooks and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to multitask; work independently, and prioritize duties
Proactive work ethic and willingness to take on additional assignments as needed
Resourcefulness
Discretion and tact involving any correspondence
Professional manner and friendly, outgoing personality
Responsible and dependable
Attention to detail
Good People Skills
