Reporting directly to the owners, the administrator provides day to day administrative support for a thriving real estate office. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
Experience with general office equipment including multi-line phone, Outlook, MS Office Suite, accounts payable and receivable. Previous real estate office experience including LoneWolf software an asset but not required. Knowledge of website maintenance an asset.
Highly organized; ability to multi-task; excellent oral, written & reading skills.
Compile, verify, record and process confidential real estate files and other forms and documents; order supplies and equipment; prepare reports; pay invoices; receive and disperse payments for real estate closings; store, update and retrieve financial data; reconcile all bank accounts; provide information and assistance to Associates and the general public, organize and schedule office work, file documents.

Position to start as soon as possible.
Salary commensurate with experience.
