Nice people but very little feedback or advancement opportunities
Operations Associate (Current Employee) – Vancouver, BC – 18 October 2016
Do your job and you will fly under the radar. Management will do little to find out if you are enjoying your role and are not very interested in your potential advancement. You're superiors may try to make you think they care but there is either little they can do to help or simply want to keep you happy because they struggle to hire new blood at the low salaries offered.
The pay is very low compared to similar counterparts and as usual it is the salespeople and management that reap the rewards of your hard work.
You can easily get stuck here because of the low stress, and beneficial work-life balance. If you have aspirations to do more you should probably look outside the company and not hold onto hopes of moving up within as there are limited opportunities to do so.
Good work-life balance with limited to no overtime required
