Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant to work in our Victoria IAS branch. This position is with a very fast-paced, dynamic sales team whose focus is on client service. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading full-service independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.
Specifically you will:
Prepare Investment Advisors for portfolio reviews and client meetings;
Prepare new client documentation;
Manage all files and data for the team;
Prepare quarterly performance reporting;
Handle back office communication;
Process all Estate documentation;
Manage all EFT & RIF Payment requests (monthly and daily requests);
Manage travel bookings;
Reconcile monthly expenses;
An individual with great organizational skills and a dependable nature, you bring to the role:

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer);

Experience with Maximizer software is a definite asset.
Previous completion of the Canadian Securities Course is not a requirement to be hired; however, the successful applicant is expected to complete it, as well as the Conduct and Practices Handbook, in order to become licensed to trade securities.
