Human Resources Manager (Current Employee) – Regina, SK – 6 November 2016
This year, the agency celebrated their 50th anniversary. In those 50 years, there has been many changes within the organization, but what stayed true was the commitment to the agency's philosophy on helping individuals in need.
The issue is the agency has not kept pace on the administrative support side compared to the expansion of the residential care and education sides.

Assisting staff (Former Employee) – Regina, SK – 27 July 2016
Ranch Ehrlo Society is a very good organization to work for. They do a fantastic job of helping youth who are at risk. The people that I have had the pleasure of working with have been very phenomenal. I would highly recommend anyone who likes a challenge to work at this organization.
Job Coach (Former Employee) – Regina, SK – 6 October 2015
Ranch Ehrlo is a great place to work. It is very challenging and will give you a huge appreciation for troubled youth and young adults. I was trained very well and was always supported by the great leaders at Ranch Ehrlo. I worked in the CVEP program and we strived to create a work culture that was both challenging to the client but was also designed so the client would succeed. all staff worked closely together to insure the safety of the clients and our selves. the hardest part of the Job was to judge when the client my become aggressive or just disengage. The best part of the Job was to calibrate a Job well done and see the smile on the clients face when they can stand back and see what they had accomplished.
