Rainbow International is a company that provides commercial and residential restoration services. The company started its operations in 2010 and serves the residents of Vancouver Island from Mill Bay to Qualicum Beach.
We are looking for a detail oriented and highly organized individual to work closely with the Project Manager at our office located in Cedar. The successful candidate will perform the following duties (but are not limited to):
Administrative tasks – ordering supplies, file management, handling mail & courier deliveries.
Reception duties - handling of all incoming telephone calls
Job scheduling activities – arrange appointments with subcontractors, customers and staff.
Provide information to suppliers, customers and employees regarding job status.
Perform basic accounting duties (manage expenses- prepare, track and file purchase orders)
Maintain job file documentation and track job status using internal database/job management system
Exceptional oral and written communication skills complemented by tact and diplomacy
Excellent organization and customer service skills.
Moderate Computer Skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Quickbooks experience is an asset
Solutions oriented and creative problem solving skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented and with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
Post-secondary education in office administration and/or accounting would be an asset
