Pros: great leaning experiences, low cost of living in the area, pretty good benefits package, great people to work with
Cons: long hours, not the greatest work to life balance if you have a family, if you had a strong work ethic and no family it's a perfect fit
My day at this property, would change nearly daily, between banquet preperation and managing the cooks for the restaurant. I leared so much from the Chef at this location, she was one of the best chefs i have worked under. The most enjoyable part of the job was the comitment to do every thing at a high level that was served out of that kitchen, it was easy to take great pride in what we created there. – less
