You will be responsible for coordination of client service plans through effective, accountable and responsive scheduling of non-registered staff.
The Client Services Coordinator ensures the quality of care and client satisfaction through responsible, supportive and cooperative management of home support field staff.
Location: Richmond Hill
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (subject to change based on business needs)
- Possessing a Secondary School Diploma,
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of clerical experience,
- Proven computer literacy with a demonstrated ability to learn new computer applications
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in the health care industry (an asset)
