Deal with inquiries and arrange appointments
Screen mail and email correspondence, as well as phone calls
Compose and word process letters and documents in English and French
Maintain calendar and handle incoming calls
Respond to requests from customers in a professional and timely manner
Organize office tasks and simplify administrative duties to ease all routine functions - i.e., keep files organized; update Outlook contacts, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team are essential
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand French and English and be well spoken
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills
Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills are required as well as independent problem solving skills
