The Director of Business Development will work closely with the President and will be responsible for developing new business with existing and new clients. The individual will develop strategies to acquire new clients and lead marketing activities.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Prospect and develop new opportunities with a focus on managed services
Create unsolicited proposals and responses to RFPs
Develop and maintain a customer acquisition and marketing strategic plan
Organize and schedule business reviews
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with our business partners and associates
Identify new partnership opportunities
Play an active role in business strategy and growth

Experience and Qualifications

A hunter that is willing to make the cold calls necessary to grow the customer base
An excellent communicator (Writing, Verbal, Presentations)
A solid background in Information and Communications Technology
Strong business acumen
Ability to work independently while maintain a strong team ethic
Ideally, long term relationships with clients and industry vendors
High level of integrity and business ethics
Proficient in French is an asset
BA or other Sales / Marketing degree is desirable
