Position : Inside Sales Specialist
Location : Richmond Hill
Reports to : Karen Symak
Hours : Full Time
Primary Mission:
To offer exceptional customer service and help increase both customer satisfaction and business revenue for Reliance – GTA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotion of Reliance Home Comfort Products & Services via Inbound and Outbound Calling.
- Inbound and outbound call handling customer sales and service inquiries.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and offer products & service to walk-in customers at the Retail location.
- Support sales/service/install channels.
- Additional projects & duties as assigned.
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
- Customer service experience – handling inbound sales calls and/or outbound telemarketing is an asset.
- Sales experience – retail or other is an asset.
- Any HVAC experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to meet individual and team objectives.
