RECON is an oil and gas service company headquarted in Calgary, Alberta, with locations across Canada and the USA.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will assist in general office and sales administration. More specifically, the candidate’s responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Office reception including answering of phones, mail & courier
  • Office equipment and supply maintenance
  • Sales administration including data reports and updating of corporate CRM
  • Travel booking and trade show organization
  • Document control, processing and formatting
  • Administrative support for IT
  • Support to President, CFO, VP of Sales & Office Manager
  • Cross training on Accounting duties

The ideal candidate will have two years of office administration experience with Accounting experience and knowledge. Completion of business diploma considered an asset. Must be highly proficient with computers and MS Office suite including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
