UX/UI designer will help define the vision and the creation of an attractive, usable and coherent user experiences across all our products.

Define and manage user experience across different platforms, including desktop and mobile environments.

Develop scalable and flexible design frameworks to maintain clean and simple user interfaces as we grow

Gain deep understanding of our users by conducting user research and evaluating site and user data

Collaborate with front end and back end developers, and member across the organization to ensure proper implementation of vision in all our products

Develop stories, wireframes, and requirements of products with emphasis on simplicity and ease-of use

Conduct user testing to gather user feedback, needs, and insights to identify new and validate existing opportunities for improvement

Evangelize UX throughout the organization

Develop UI standards for the development team

Provides input to design proposals to reflect costs, time required and alternative approaches to satisfy existing and future needs.

Participates in product design meetings, preparing requirements and design specifications from the beginning until launch, working side-by-side with product and project management, researcher, engineering team, and QA.

Provide visual specification and production ready files to the software development team.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
3- 5 years (minimum) UX development experience in a software development environment, or startup, designing consumer facing or enterprise products.
1-3 years experience development experience on mobile applications.
Experience prototyping and designing.
Experience in an agile environment, lean UX methodologies with a bias towards continuously launching, iterating, and getting feedback and learning from our users.
Experience with data visualization.
Possess a solid portfolio of web application designs confirming working experience on web interfaces, multiple products, major features and applications, not just websites.

Thorough knowledge of programming techniques and languages.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
A self-starter who is inspiring, creative, curious, and thrives in new product and ergonomically-sound user interfacing development.
Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
Fluency in spoken and written: English, French and ideally Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese.
Excellent communication skills; ability to speak to all audiences internally and externally.
Above all, a love for great usability, products, and design.
Deep familiarity with iOS, Android, and/or Windows 8 GUI standards

Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Omnigraffle, Axure, or similar tools for the creation of wireframes; XHTML, HTML, CSS, and JS; user testing tools; MS-Office Suite
