In management, very good place to learn as it's very fast paced, lots of things to supervise, etc. Sadly, very underpaid, I did from 10 to 20 hours of over time per week UNpaid (had a 40h / week work contract but did from 10 to 12 hours a day, no pause). No real benefits other than free food and dental.
So good if you want to learn the ropes but bad in long term.
