no clear direction where it is going
Manager (Current Employee), Toronto, ONApril 13, 2016
Pros: hard working staff
Cons: insecure and incompetent management
Mgmt needs to get their act together to determine companies strategy and goals. It is in a state of limbo and trying to do things that are unnecessary and ignoring things that require urgent attention. Hiring people when they do not know what to do with them, very irresponsible, and incompetent behaviour.

Senior C++ Engineer (Former Employee), North York, ONNovember 12, 2015
Pros: Close to subway station
Cons: crowded, average place to work.
Pros:
Close to subway station

Cons:
Employees average in their technical expertise, especially leads and directors.
Crowded work space, like a beehive.
Generally low salary, so if you are paid more than average your job is at risk.
