Workplace is young, however inexperience shows in the way business is carried out
Back Office Administrator (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 28 July 2012
A typical day at work had a monotonous routine tasks. I upgraded my skills with licensed courses. The management lacks experience and consistency. Young team of co-workers. The hardest part of the job was to keep motivated. The young vibe made it fun at times.
given a free hand to try new techniques to improve effiency
lack of work space and management lacks experience
Client Operations Administrator (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 12 October 2017
Questrade has a lot of job opportunities, their work culture/environment is great, and their salary is average. A good place to gain work experience if you are pursuing a career in the financial industry!
Staff (Former Employee) – 5650 Yonge Street – 23 March 2017
Questrade is definitely a place for young people just starting their careers. It's all exciting in the beginning until you realize you're taken for granted, not valued and are expected to work harder, take on more responsibilities and be okay with just a pat on the back.
There is a lack of transparency from the senior management team and this has caused a lot of turnover and resulted in employee dissatisfaction across the company.
The organic company culture that once was, no longer exists and most of the people I know there, can't wait to get out.
Advise to management- take care of your employees, invest in them and they will be loyal.
nice office space; pizza lunches; great co-workers
long hours; overload of work; lack of recogniticon, turnover, employee dissatisfaction
