Quality Inn & Conference Centre, Parry Sound has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent. The position is a mix of afternoons (3pm-11pm), day shift (7am-3pm), and includes some weekends and holidays. Successful candidates will also be required to train on the night shift (11pm-7am), however it is not required of them to work night shift every week.

Duties Include:
- Check in and check out guests
- Answer switchboard
- Make reservations
- Resolve guest complaints, ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, room information, policies
- Adhere to all hotel policies regarding security and safety procedures
- Complete daily check lists and communicate between shifts
- Process wake-up calls
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, etc)

Skill Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- Computer literacy a must
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must be service focused
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be adaptable to change
