Title: Administrative Assistant
Terms of Employment: Full Time
Salary: $30,000 - $35,000
Education: Diploma or degree in administration or business considered an asset.
Experience: Previous work in an office environment, administrative experience an asset.
Skills: MS excel, MS word, ability to multitask, good computer skills, detail oriented, effective communication skills in English both written and orally, problem solving, decision making, mailing list and database, ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Requirements;
- telephone and email correspondence
- proof read marketing material
- vendor interaction; collect images from vendors for catalogue production
- compile vendor purchase orders to meet minimum stock levels
- maintain accurate delivery dates for inbound inventory
- create spreadsheets and maintain databases
- update mailing list
- addition of new products to QCC’s ecommerce store
