Pros: great benifits
Implantable ocular drug delivery device and delivery system combing pharmaceutical actives, (NSAIDS, Prostaglandins, Anti Histamines) with various polymers such as silicones, urethanes, and hydrogels into an injection molded device.

It was unfortunate that most of QLT's potentail products never made it past PHASE II trials.

Pros: most of my colleagues in vancouver bc were very good people.
Cons: limited product line-limited experience in running a sales team
Very limited product line which is why they are running on a skeleton crew.
