Title: Office Manager
Terms of Employment: Full
Salary: $42,000 - $48,000
Regular office hours (no evenings or weekends)

Deadline: 28th November 2012


  • 3+ years of office management experience
  • Understanding of basic accounting procedures
  • Experience with Sage BusinessVision considered an asset
  • Experience in school board procurement considered an asset

Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, ability to multitask, good computer skills, detail oriented, use initiative to problem solve, strong organizational, analytical and numeracy skills

Job Requirements;

  • Supervise and manage the administrative team, to ensure customer focused standards are met
  • Direct daily operations
  • Design and implement office policies
  • Handle escalated customer service issues
  • Prepare high quality tender and quote documentation
  • Motivate administrative team
  • Communicate with senior management team
  • Design procedures for record retention, protection and transfer
  • Manage VIP accounts
  • Analyze and monitor internal systems
  • Maintain and update the Sage BusinessVision database
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Promote teamwork
