Qualifications;
3+ years of office management experience
Understanding of basic accounting procedures
Experience with Sage BusinessVision considered an asset
Experience in school board procurement considered an asset
Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, ability to multitask, good computer skills, detail oriented, use initiative to problem solve, strong organizational, analytical and numeracy skills
Job Requirements;
Supervise and manage the administrative team, to ensure customer focused standards are met
Direct daily operations
Design and implement office policies
Handle escalated customer service issues
Prepare high quality tender and quote documentation
Motivate administrative team
Communicate with senior management team
Design procedures for record retention, protection and transfer
Manage VIP accounts
Analyze and monitor internal systems
Maintain and update the Sage BusinessVision database
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Promote teamwork
