Employee (Current Employee) – Waterloo, ON – 25 November 2016
The vacation plan, benefits, pay and work/life balance were pretty good. Unfortunately the company doesn't seem to be very good at integrating acquired companies and there are regular layoffs. Company is constantly changing strategy chasing the next thing. If you are part of the thing being chased it is pretty good.
Great salary and benefits -- Uncertain job security
Vice President (Former Employee) – Canada – 2 November 2016
Most of the people are good to work with but this is a very Boston centric organization where communication isn't always the best coming from the top nor does the middle execute actions aligned with what does. Very competitive salary and benefits and the vision is sound in and of itself. Be prepared for uncertainty, change and politics but if that is an environment that you thrive in PTC will be a great place for you.
Cabin Steward (Former Employee) – Europe – 15 August 2013
Life in the ship is always a busy day from the time you report for duty up to the time to rest. I learned here how to go along with different people with reards to culture and values. The management is little bit nice. The co workers are also nice. The hardest part is also during embarkation where we have to prepare everything for the guest. The most enjoyable part is of course vacation time
free food and accomodation and freeairfare tickets
