Psion Teklogix has not been a good place to work for over 10 years.
Nobody cares about anything but the bottom line, employees are expendable ....... especially the older ones.
Everyone lives in fear of loosing their jobs at any given moment ... there is no loyalty to employees or suppliers.

As a field tech, I found it fun and exciting. Unfortunately there are those within every company who don't care to see it burn. This was my situation there. Living near this one character who didn't care for my proper training made it more of an awful experience than good.

Very stressful, how handheld scanners operated. Upper management was poor. Some were good to work with, while others were out for themselves. The change to 5S in a repair enviorment. The enjpyment of repairing scanners at a high rate.

A typical day at Psion was always different from the day prior. I had quite a few duties and they rarely were done day in and day out. I had to be on my toes to catch any billing mistakes made and even the filing wasn't mundane. I really enjoyed the women I worked closely with and we are still friends to this day.
