This position is responsible for providing professional and personal administrative support for the Executive and Technology Team

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage all communications and correspondence (phone, voicemail, email, mail), responding where appropriate, bringing action items forward and ensuring all interactions are handled professionally
  • Manage calendars including scheduling/arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, and sending invitations and reminders
  • Creating powerpoint and other presentation materials
  • Coordinate travel, hotel and car reservations, including verifying required travel documentation
  • Provide office administrative support including: faxing, photocopying, mail sorting, drafting correspondence, notes and documentation
  • Review, proofread and prepare client and other business materials, including client documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms and other items ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Track, report and submit business expenses for reimbursement
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with appropriate technical support to resolve issues

Required Skills:

  • 2 years experience as an office administrator
  • Strong MS word skills; expert in powerpoint
  • Must have experience supporting a senior executives
  • Experience in the technology sector environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, demanding work environment
  • Excellent English reading, writing, spoken, French, German etc an asset

A vehicle is mandatory requirement for this position
