The Account Executive role is responsible for client acquisition through direct sales to customers or selling collaboratively and through Provance Partners. Team based selling is essential in this role not only with Provance Partners, but with the Microsoft System Center Field to represent the Provance IT Asset Management pack capabilities to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve designated revenue goals
Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and enable client acquisition and revenue growth
Utilize a solution selling and team approach to generate and close new revenue opportunities for Provance
Lead bid responses engaging appropriate resources as required
Maintain pulse on competitors and industry
Develop strong client, Partner and Microsoft field relationships
Maintain sound knowledge of product and updated releases to effectively demonstrate and represent the Provance product capabilities
Maintain deep understanding of ITAM and IT Service Management Processes and SC/Provance solution
Provide input into future product capabilities based on client, market requirements and experience

University degree
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in enterprise software solution sales preferably with Microsoft or ITSM suite vendors
Knowledge of IT Service Management, ITIL, MOF and the IT industry
Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive and management levels
Experience in assessing and responding to client needs
Strong business acumen
Excellent organizational and written communication skills
Good presentation skills and the ability to influence decisions
Strong interpersonal skills working in collaborative internal and external team environments
A positive, supportive and professional attitude
