We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced customer service representative.
Situated downtown Montreal, our client is a well established and fast growing company working on exciting high tech projects, IT development and other interesting ventures.
This customer service opportunity is unique in that you will be taking in-bound B2B calls from clients who are working with your company's newest products and developments: in this role you will need to handle inquiries and queries about the products, deal with any complaints in an effective, efficient manner, and prepare reports for the R&D team on the customer feedback and common issues. As these new products will eventually be rolled out and released to a wider customer base, your feedback and impressions will be held extremely important.
In addition to handling incoming queries and complaints, you will also take care of collections on existing customer accounts where needed. The role is a hybrid of customer service and collections, with no upselling required.
To be successful in this role you will be someone who enjoys interacting with others; someone who has strong communication skills in English; someone who builds rapport easily and is able to think outside the box to come up with effective solutions.
You are efficient, proactive, and pride yourself on your excellent problem solving skills. Ideally you have prior experience dealing with customer complaints or collections, you enjoy a challenge and are not easily fazed by difficult customers - you are able to deal with any situation calmly and effectively.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of $11/hr, excellent benefits and a weekly schedule that works best for them (opening hours are 8am-8pm, but the schedule will be based around your preferences).

- 1-3 years previous experience in customer service and collections, or similar
