Job Title: Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist

The Company: Our client, a leader in the field of digital marketing and a division of one of North America’s most well-respected corporations, is searching for an energetic and outgoing receptionist and office administrator to join its rapidly-growing team and contribute to its continued dominance within the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming business calls
  • Greeting and accommodating walk-in visitors and clients
  • Clerical tasks and general office coordination and administration
  • Running various errands for the business partners as required
  • Providing support for Accounts Payable and various other business departments if required

  • Availability for work between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM (non-flexible)
  • Impeccable command of the English language; command of the French language
  • Strong knowledge of basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
