Must have:

1 year of experience with Windows XP
1 year of experience supporting Blackberries
1 year of experience mentoring/coaching clients on MS Office 2000/2003, Outlook and Internet Explorer
1 year of experience working in an Active Directory environment
1 year of experience using an automated ticket recording system such as Remedy, Support Magic, HEET etc.

Successful candidate must have a valid security clearance at the level of Enhanced Reliability (or higher)
Bilingual candidates preferred.
