The purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to handle inbound customer calls, assist customers with orders (from quote stage through order completion), make product suggestions (up-sell), develop customer relationships and support outside sales staff.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner based on requests for products/services
Posses effective customer service skills and have the capability to communicate effectively by both oral and written means
Demonstrate the attitude of a team player
Assist in the warehouse or other areas when needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Formal Training:
High School Diploma OR a minimum of two - five years related sales/marketing experience.
Computer literacy required – Basic skills
Must be flexible and have ability to work hours dictated by business or customer requirements.
Occasional evening or weekend work
Work usually performed in an office setting. Possible travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows as required or requested.
Tools and Equipment Used:
Personal computer, copier, fax, phone, and other typical office equipment.
Forklift, Loader, Bobcat and other various equipment for warehouse tasks.
Able to travel to customers/team sites as required.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Must pass Forklift, Bobcat & Loader training courses.
Other safety related courses as required.
Possible sales/customer service courses.
