Compensation: Competitive hourly wage and commission
Hours - Full time (8:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday)
Progressive Educational Systems is a manufacture of Renewable Energy Training systems. We are also a reseller of these and other training products including: CNC Routers, 3D Printers and 3D Modeling software. Our customers are located across Canada and around the world and include high schools, colleges and universities.
Responsibilities of this position include: seeking direct sales opportunities at High Schools, Colleges and Universities in the united states as well as working with our existing educational dealers. Responding to incoming calls, emails and faxes from marketing campaigns.
Position will also work closely with an experienced sales partner and sales support team. May require some travel.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. No previous knowledge of these products areas required but is considered an asset.
2. French considered an asset.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
4. Knowledge of internet search engines like Google as well as contact management program like Goldmine, ACT or MS Outlook.
5. Sales experience.
6. Experience with education an asset.
7. Must be able to work as part of a team but independently as well.
