SOME people are awesome to work with.
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  Belleville, ON18 December 2017
Not to awfull but management in the area where I worked sacked. Each manager kept stepping on the other and you would pay the price for it. Even if you miss a shift with a doctor note it is still held against you regardless of what is said at hiring.
Pros
Some good people
Cons
Management and 12 hour shift.

Great place to work with some supportive managers. Rewards for working and being safe. The job was basically to manage the whole acquisition process for facilities areas. The first thing I did to make this happen was agree the process we would use across each key area.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Short hours

Working for such a globally recongnized company made you feel important
Forklift Technician (Former Employee) –  Belleville, ON19 February 2013
-Typical day at work was generally long, quick turn-around from nights (630pm-7am) to days (630am-7pm).
-Just like in all work places some management was amazing, others lacked interpersonal skills.
-Hardest part of the job was the quick turn arounds from nights to days, and the 12.5 hr shifts, which left you with hardly and family time.
-Best part of the job was being part of a team that works for a globally recognized company, and seeing your results within the company.
Pros
the company is more safety oriented than any other i have worked for. decent wages.
Cons
long days, rotating continental shifts leave hardly any time for family, minimal benefits unless you are permanent full-time
