Senior Recruitment Consultant - International Executive Search

Due to the success and growth of our North American business, we are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Vancouver.
Reporting into the Director, you will responsible for managing your own 360 desk, personally building candidate and client relationships, whilst generating personal revenue.

We operate a vertical market specialist structure where consultants recruit regionally. Our Vancouver & New York offices cover recruitment across the whole of North America, and the consultants within these businesses would recruit in multiple locations across the region and are organised by clients and not by local geography. This factor has enabled us to attract some fantastic talent to join Proco Global.

The Role

This is a revenue generating role, with a focus on business development & delivery, all our consultants operate a 360 desk.
The right person will have in excess of 2 years experience in a recruitment or search consultancy and proven track record of solid billing against sales targets.

This is an opportunity to work in an exciting and still relatively new area (Supply Chain Management), where there is little competition and lots of opportunity to make your mark.

Proco Global is an International Search business which specializes in vertical and functional mid to senior level roles within supply chain management and recently operational excellence. We are Currently operating across a range of vertical markets including; FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Consumer Electronics and the Energy sector.
Proco Global is already making quite a mark in the supply chain management space. Our international network and higher degree of specialization has been fundamental in winning retained assignments off the more established search firms.

We do not operate below US $100K and around 70% of the work we currently undertake is retained.
