Project Manager, Miami, FL - 20 September 2017
Proaction International focuses on coaching clients to transform their organizations while achieving a measurable and sustainable financial benefit as a result of the change. While there is some overlap with other operational consulting firms (Proudfoot, PVA, DBA, etc) the focus here is primarily on coaching behavior change in all levels of management. A typical day mainly consists of working with clients on instilling proactive behaviors, teaching them how to address problems, and changing their work environment to improve whatever KPI the project is based around. One main difference from other consulting firms is the focus on work/life balance for employees. You fly in Monday and leave Friday. No sunday travel except for the odd occasion. The hardest part of the job learning to adapt the methodology based on the project environment and the current client culture. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the clients go through the transformation and the learning curve and end up with a better working environment and better results than when the project started.
